CONDITIONS OF RECRUITMENT
1. BOOKING:
If you reserve at least 30 days in advance, you are required to pay a 20% deposit of the total value of your program. The remaining payment will be due at least four weeks before. If you reserve within 30 days of the course, you need to pay the total before commencing. When we receive your reservation form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation of your chosen program.
2. CHANGES IN THE BOOK:
Changes in the reservation are subject to availability. If you make changes between 1 and 14 days of initiation of service (starting date, accommodation, etc..), the organization will charge a fee of modification of 100 Euros.
3. CANCELLATION:
All cancellations should be communicated in writing. You may cancel your reservation at any point although you should keep in mind that some fees may be applicable:
3. Cancellation before 30 days of beginning of service: 20% of the total value.
4. Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before the beginning of service: 30% of total value.
5. Cancellation between 1 and 14 days before the beginning of service: 50% of total value.
Reinstatement will not be an option if you decide to not contract our services (not show up at classes or in chosen lodging). You will also not be able to make-up lost time if you cancel before your chosen program ends. In case Xerez sin Frontera (andaloo) needs to cancel your participation for any reason, you will be able to request reinstatement for the total of the payment received so far.
4.PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Bank transfers: the client must pay all the charges and taxes included in an electronic payment. You should also send us a copy of the receipt of the transfer.
Cash.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Trip insurance: XEREZ SIN FRONTERA (andaloo) will provide you with travel insurance (medical care include) It will be in effect during your stay with us. We recommend taking out personal trip insurance in case of any accidents, sickness, or unforeseen events. If the client needs medical treatment or hospitalization for any reason, and no emergency contact is available (especially in case of minors), the management is authorized to make decisions in the best interest of the client.

Visas: The client is responsible for obtaining his or her visa if necessary. We will provide any relevant information.
Personal Documents: It is responsibility of the client or guardian (in case of minor) to assure proper current documentation entrance into Spain (passport, visa, social security cards, insurance documents, etc.)
Suspensions: Our organization reserves the right to expel the client from our services at any time for reasons of discipline, or illegal activities according to the Spanish legal system. If the client is a minor, he or she will be sent back to his or her country of residence at the cost of the parents. The client may also be billed for any damage or extra costs incurred.
Cancellations: Our organization reserves the right to modify or cancel any group, itinerary, or departure dates. In such a case, we will work closely with the client to ensure adequate solutions with the least amount of disturbance.
Complaints or reclaims: Complaint forms are available to any client wishing to file an official complaint against XSF. For those claims or discrepancies that require immediate solutions, at the judgment of the client or his guardians (in the case of minors), the reasons should be brought to the immediate attention of the management of XSF in order that a reasonable and expedited solution may be agreed upon. For any further disagreement or altercation that may arise among the parties involved from misinterpretation of the contract or the lack of agreement of the contract, our organization and the client are subjected to the jurisdiction and courts of Spain.
Family accommodations: When a client chooses a family lodging as part of his or her experience, the client should accept the schedule, norms, and overall culture of the family, also respecting the customs of the country. Our organization does not discriminate based on race, religion, socio-economic status, etc for any reason. Therefore, no family or client shall be rejected for any reason stated above.
Spendings:For your personal spending, clients are responsible for having their own money – clients should not expect money from the host family or XSF. XSF is not responsible for loss, damage or money stolen during the client’s stay. We strongly recommend trip insurance, which may be able to replace items under these circumstances.
Utilization of Data Bases: According to the Ley Orgánica 15/1999, December 13th, which governs the protection of personal databases, our organization informs the client that your personal information contained in these general conditions will be incorporated into our database for commercial use of our company only. Your acceptance of our general conditions implies agreement to this policy. We also inform the client that it is possible to access your data in order to rectify and/or cancel information.
