Tapas Course

Know the culture of Tapas in Andalusia through this course-seminar, learn basic culinary techniques and their application in the preparation of typical Andalusian tapas. Course Description: The seminar will be divided into two modules: theoretical and practical, which are allocated as follows: 2 sessions of 3 hours of theory and 8 sessions of 3 hours of practical classes. Course contents:

  • History of the Tapas.
  • Basic culinary techniques.
  • Development of cold tapas.
  • Development  of hot tapas.
  • Fritters.
Full Tapas Course:
  • Tapas Seminar.
  • Pick up from Jerez airport or train station.
  • Hotel accommodation in the city centre.
  • Travel insurance (including medical care).
  • Bus tour of the city.
  • Visit the clock Museum, Mystery of Jerez and Palace of the time.
  • The Royal School of Equestrian Art Show
  • Flamenco show.
  • Consumable Materials (wine and brandy).

Reservations must be made at least 30 days before the start of the course by e-mail or fax. This course will be held with a minimum of 12 students.
